Joe is Vice Chair of the Howard Gilman Foundation and has been on the Board since 2006. Joe recently retired from BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he served as the Chief Fiduciary Officer. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Joe practiced trusts and estates law in New York City for many years and served as the Chief of the Law Department at the New York County Surrogate’s Court for several years. In addition to his role with the Howard Gilman Foundation, Joe is also a Director of the George Link, Jr. Foundation and the RJ Samulski Innovation Foundation, and is a member of the Artistic Council of Theatre for a New Audience.
